Gambling responsibly in Kelowna

First and foremost, gambling is a paid pastime. Decide how much and how long before you start, never try to win back what you lost, and switch on the limits on offer. If gambling becomes a worry, the BC Gambling Support Line (1-888-795-6111) is free, confidential and available to everyone in British Columbia, Kelowna included. Self-exclusion programs run by BCLC cover the provincial site and land-based venues.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use Interac in Kelowna?

Most platforms open to Canadians accept Interac e-Transfer for deposits and many for withdrawals, and PlayNow.com supports Canadian bank payments. Check the cashier page before signing up, as options differ by operator.

Does this guide on “online casino” apply to all of Kelowna?

Yes. Online gambling rules are set by the province, so they are the same everywhere in British Columbia. This page is written for Kelowna; neighbouring areas have their own page.

How do I report a suspicious casino site?

Keep the evidence (screenshots, emails) and contact the regulator that issued the licence. For an unlicensed site, you can also inform the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.

Why is there a separate “online casino” page for Kelowna?

Because people often search with their city or neighbourhood, and local landmarks (nearby areas, the profile of the place) make navigation easier. The substance stays the same across British Columbia.
